A good communicator, with a sound and fair evaluation of market conditions
We held vacant land in a Western Australia for about fifty years paying rates, land tax. water and sewage charges and costs related to mitigating fire hazards. We achieved a compound rate of return after costs of about 12%. The land was offered as security for loans, funding other investments that enabled us to take calculated risks. We sold in a depressed market to enable us to continue supporting our adult family start new land adventures elsewhere in Australia. Damien understood very well our requirements. We wish our purchaser well in the purchase of our property
