We have known Jon Brady for many years having lived in Coogee for over 35 years and have come across him on many occasions at Home Opens throughout the area. As well some time ago Jon was able to get us access to inspect an Apartment even though he wasn't the selling Agent, after I had been unable to get the Agent who was selling it to respond to my enquiries. On contacting Jon again this time I was taken by this new concept to us of a "Closing Date Sale". We had 3 Home Opens and Jon kept us informed with Property Reports after each one and was able to deliver us a satisfactory Offer on the due date. 😀 His Company has managed our Rental Properties over the years and we have never had any issues. Greg Chapman was my agent and he was fantastic! He went above and beyond in helping me sell my property. I have an incredibly busy life (I am shift worker, studying my masters degree and have 2 young children) so I was dreading the stress of selling my investment property. Greg handled ALL the details for me! He made the process smooth and seamless, he handled the negations in the most expert manner and was a great sounding board throughout all of the negotiations. The lines of communications were always open but Greg never overwhelmed me with details, achieving the perfect balance of effective communication with a busy shift worker like myself. It was really important to me that everyone impacted by the selling process felt respected and supported (buyer and current property tenants included) - Greg really listened and honoured my wishes on all counts.
