Greg handled ALL the details for me! He made the process smooth and seamless, he handled the negations in the most expert manner and was a great sounding board throughout all of the negotiations. The lines of communications were always open but Greg never overwhelmed me with details, achieving the perfect balance of effective communication with a busy shift worker like myself.
