Pat came up with amazing ideas on the best way to market our unique property. From videos to signage to leaflet drops. Nothing was overlooked. He liaised with builders, designers and was in touch with the council for all the proper guidelines on what could be built and developed for potential buyers and or investors. His dedication to following up emails and phone enquires were outstanding. We were always kept updated via our WhatsApp group and phone calls to myself always felt like I was a friend rather than a client. Pat was also very positive on always making sure he had our best interests at heart. He was an absolute delight to have sell our property with the best price achieved. Would highly recommend Pat to our family and friends. His passion for realestate is what you need when entrusting someone to sell your home or investment property.

Patrick has had a family connection having sold my mother in laws house and my sister in laws house, when I met he and Larry I was instantly impressed with their knowledge and enthusiasm and was more than comfortable in giving them the listing. They gave us excellent advice and we believe they got us the best price possible for our property. Patrick also assisted us in dealing with the agent who had the listing for our new house.
