As well as his being a knowledgable and experienced agent, David's quiet courtesy was what made the whole purchasing of my property a good experience. On top of that, David went well beyond the minimum required trying to finalise the transaction to my satisfaction. If I have a further need to a real estate agent (God forbid!), I would unhesitatingly choose David. P.S. David is a really good estate agent, very courteous in all our dealing.The thing that sets him apart from other agents is his follow up in all aspects after the contract is signed, I've found that agents move on to the next sale and have little contact with the seller where as David kept me informed up to settlement and beyond.
