Alastair is a rare breed of Real Estate sales people. Whilst being very knowledgable in real estate, he was at no time pushy or intimidating. He allowed us to view the property unhindered and was forthcoming with answering any queries we had. We believe that generally properties sell themselves, with buyers having a good idea of what they want, and the agent is there to guide with knowledge. Alastair filled the brief perfectly. Before and during the sale of the property Alastair displayed an exceptional working knowledge of the current market in our suburb which was borne out by the most appropriate marketing plan which he presented. He recognised the renovation potential of the property combined with a large landholding for restoration and extension of the house which he reflected in the sales pitch. As the seller this was exactly what we wanted to ensure the preservation of the house and the streetscape. He also set the asking price in a considered range to ensure we maximised buyer interest and which was evident on the first opening day and reflected in the number of offers for the property. We would recommend him for his knowledge of the suburban market, his professionalim and friendly demeanor which he displayed to both the seller and the potental purchasers.
