My agent has been most helpful through the whole process. I was very nervous because I had never completed a buy-and-sell on my own. She was very reassuring and answered all my questions, a lot of them, without hesitation. There was a hiccup with a tenant moving from the purchased property, but there was a lot of negotiation to ensure my sale and my purchase still occurred with contingency, should things not go exactly as planned. The whole experience has turned out to be nowhere near as daunting as expected, due to the constant communication and hard work of the agent.
