Samantha from Acton | Belle was professional, knowledgable, understanding and answered all our questions promptly. She knew that we were wanting to sell but also looking to buy our dream home too. Her words were “I work for you” and we felt that from the beginning to the end. We achieved the figure we wanted for our house and also found our dream home. The process was seamless. Thanks Sam for your hard work

My agent has been most helpful through the whole process. I was very nervous because I had never completed a buy-and-sell on my own. She was very reassuring and answered all my questions, a lot of them, without hesitation. There was a hiccup with a tenant moving from the purchased property, but there was a lot of negotiation to ensure my sale and my purchase still occurred with contingency, should things not go exactly as planned. The whole experience has turned out to be nowhere near as daunting as expected, due to the constant communication and hard work of the agent.

We are extremely pleased with the process and the outcome of recent sale. Aaron is professional and has great interpersonal skills and we felt supported. Aaron was available should we have any queries. Working full-time and trying to navigate processes can be stressful but Aaron's experience competently
