So I first saw Michelle’s profile on Facebook, & initially asked her if her agency did property managing. In which she replied ‘yes’ & sent me details from that department. In the space of a week we did a 360 turn & decided to sell both properties. So I rang Michelle to tell her of my new plans, & ask if she could help me out. I had reached out to two other agents, with no reply. Too bad for them. Michelle came & met us & reassured us that we were under no obligation to have her represent us in selling our properties. We felt soo relaxed with Michelle, & under no stress what soo ever with any information she had given us. Didn’t hide anything, was very open with us, no hard sales pitching to us, & that’s what made us feel at ease with Michelle. We have all loved working with Michelle so much so that we are wanting her to find our next house & will use ActonBelle to manage our next rental property. Michelle has truly been amazing all the way through our selling experience. We were also initially only going to sell one house then three, then settled on two haha. We still needed to live one of course. But anyway our experience with Michelle has been over & above our expectations of a real estate agent. And will in future always use Michelle for any houses we need to sell, & or rent. And will recommend her expertise to all & any of our friends also!! It has been an awesome journey with Michelle from the first day we met her 3-4 weeks ago. ☺️☺️🥰
