I am one extremely happy seller!!
I was told ‘was good’…I was told ‘he’d sell my property’ but I honestly would never have believed it , had I not actually witnessed it. Miles Walton - ACTON Real Estate , was unbelievably patient with me. My endless questions and concerns were met with understanding and knowledge. My home has many beautiful memories and his empathy and kindness were way more than expected. At all times Miles was professional and ensured he knew my property inside and out. His photographer was top notch and his team very thorough. Yes, Miles sold my home in less than a week, and I am one extremely happy seller!! I maybe homeless now, but I can unreservedly , highly recommend Mr Miles Walton to anyone wanting to sell their property!!!

We would like to thanks Tina for her excellent service. She needed to come back for us to view the property as we didn't make it on the scheduled viewing. We have had some properties viewed in the area and we saw this property by chance.

By far the most professional company we have had the pleasure of using
The entire team at Acton have made our journey of purchasing a home & selling our current one, an absolute pleasure. They are efficient, honest, realistic, reliable & work hard to be transparent and provide a stress free experience. After selling multiple homes, this is by far the most professional company we have had the pleasure of using.

Many thanks to the Acton team. Even though we actually haven't physically seen the house we received alot of information and two way conversation in regards to the property. Look forward to meeting the team and the house.

Meagan was lovely during our marketing time. She was always on time with a smile and had all the info at her fingertips. Very professional but also very friendly and personable. Highly recommend this team.

Highly recommend this team
Miles did an awesome job in sweltering heat and rain storms. He has a great knowledge of the market and was great at keeping us up to date with the status of our listing and eventual sale.
