Tina work ethic and professional attitude towards the sale of my property was very important to my wife and I, the caring nature and transparency throughout the process was excellent and I would recommend Tina and the team to anyone selling a property. The Hardman Team went above what was required to assist in heling us find a rental property as well which is very challenging in the times the world is in.

My husband and I currently live overseas and with the help of Tina Hardman and her amazing team, we were able to purchase a home, sight-unseen for when we move back home. Tine was amazing at keeping us in the loop of everything that needed to be done and making the entire process seamless. She reduced our stress level to a "walk-in-the-park" and I would definitely use ACTON again when selling or buying a home.

Tina did not hesitate to make herself available, in a most professional way, yet understanding the difficulties I was facing in obtaining land for my new venture into building a home at the age of 73. Tina was a reassuring witness to me of the process of the sale of my home & the purchase of the land. Her follow up communications were always clear & simple enough for me to follow. I have no hesitation is recommending her services to any prospective real-estate enquirers. Thank you Tina, Your new friend, John Hewson.
