Tina is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Very easy to talk to, even offered me advise on the selling of my old property when I had discussed my concerns. She met me at the property on several occasions prior to my decision to purchase even on her day off just to meet my needs. Follow-up after sale was the same, she was there when ever I called to answer my queries, also discussed redecorating ideas with me. Tina was a very active lady in the pursuit of selling our property. We were kept up to date with all the 'Home Opens' and of any ensuing follow-up visits or random viewings of the property. We have sold a couple of houses with Tina, she doesn't under value the property for a quick sale or over value the property to get the listing, she provides a realistic price based on her knowledge of the area and market , our last house listed with her sold quicker then we expected at a price that we were very happy with. Tina kept us updated throughout the process with what was going on and was always contactable if we required any information. She was always courteous and professional and was never pushy.
