After deciding to put my rental property on the market in Rockingham, I went through the process of picking the best agent to sell our house. As I wasn't in Perth at the time , I appreciated his teams thorough appraisal and also the follow up calls to show that he was keen and interested in delivering a great outcome. After we chose Lee he went above and beyond in dealing with a difficult tenant , giving detailed updates and working with my rental agent to gain access to the property. It was a frustrating time for all, but Lee was patient and left me feeling that it was under control. The sales process was quick and professional, always receiving updates on the progress of the sale. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee and Acton Belle to sell my property.

Shaun is very professional, a great communicator & a good listener. This was my first time selling a unit, so I was pretty nervous. He got a great price for me , in a very uncertain time considering the fuel crisis & rising interest rates. A shout out to his photographer as well, who took great pics of my place. Great marketing campaign, always available for a chat and transparent with the process. If you're thinking of selling in the Rockingham area, I'd definitely recommend Shaun Hogarth at Acton Belle.
