Greg Chapman was my agent and he was fantastic! He went above and beyond in helping me sell my property. I have an incredibly busy life (I am shift worker, studying my masters degree and have 2 young children) so I was dreading the stress of selling my investment property. Greg handled ALL the details for me! He made the process smooth and seamless, he handled the negations in the most expert manner and was a great sounding board throughout all of the negotiations. The lines of communications were always open but Greg never overwhelmed me with details, achieving the perfect balance of effective communication with a busy shift worker like myself. It was really important to me that everyone impacted by the selling process felt respected and supported (buyer and current property tenants included) - Greg really listened and honoured my wishes on all counts. He was able to drive negotiations to achieve a much better offer than anticipated while remaining compassionate and genuine, which is a fine balancing act. I am so glad that we had Greg on board for this selling process, I truly couldn't have hoped for better.
