Jane met me at the property on a Sunday for appraisal. She was so friendly and allayed all my emotional concerns regarding selling the unit. Explained how the sale process worked . Her honesty , energy and enthusiasm was infectious. Jane knew what was required to show the potential of the unit and worked tirelessly to make it happen. Communication between Jane, Pia, the Conveyancer and myself was faultless. The property was put on the market on a Thursday, home open on Saturday, 3 written offers presented that evening, one of which I accepted. 22 days later new owner took vacant possession. This goes to show what a professional team , working together, at Acton Belle can achieve in record time . I can’t thank Jane enough for all she did and will be recommending her and the agency.

The communication, ease and professionalism from Jane and the team at Acton Belle was amazing for my first sale. As I’d never dealt with the process myself I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the simplicity and peace of mind Jane gave me was exactly what I needed. I’m super happy with the outcome and extremely glad I chose her to organise my sale.

The agent who handled my house sale was Andrew Gill, and he was most helpful and informative. Andrew made everything seamless and was very supportive, giving good advice throughout.
