Bev was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and was warm, friendly and patient at all times. We believe she achieved a very fair price for our house in a volatile and uncertain market. She also went out of her way to help us find a rental property post sale while we wait for completion of our new build. Wouldn't hesitate to engage her again.

We met Erynne through various home opens, along with other realestate agents. At the time we were just exploring the market and our futures. Erynne provided genuine support and guidance which was not only based on money. She has a strong connection to the community and her clients. We felt comfortable with her friendly nature and acute understanding of the market. Being a local certainly gave her insight. We could highly recommend her.

We have lived in Cottesloe for 30 and needed a realestate person who had local knowledge to sell our property. We went to other companies but kept coming back to Bev. She is highly professional but as well as that, she is approachable, honest, sensitive to our needs, she communicate every aspect of the sale to you, and uses her local knowledge to make recommendations without being pushy. It has been a pleasure to work through the sale of our home with her.

Erynne was a delight to deal with. She was very respectful and compassionate towards the challenges and stresses that came with selling my home. Her networking skills came into play as my house was sold off market from the first people who viewed which reduced the pressure massively. We are so grateful for not only her work ethic but also her patience and support during the process.
