I realize when someone rates something as full 5 stars you may wonder if they are being emotional rather than objective. However, this is not the case here! Erynne, took on the challenge of selling our unit in a saturated market with verve. Even though I am based in Europe and 6 hours behind Perth, she was constantly in contact, even giving updates on home opens on weekends and long summaries on Sundays! We gave her a fair challenge by leaving the unit tenanted and only accepting what could be considered the upper limit of value for the area. No problem! Highly recommended!
