Did a great job in closing the deal on our place. Several other places on our street are still for sale with other agents and show no sign of selling. Would absolutely use Carlos again.

Excellent agent. No nonsense negotiations. Quickly found a way for both parties to be satisfied. Very impressed with Carlos's knowledge of our lovely little pocket of Bayswater, and his ability to work with us to prepare for market so that we achieved exactly what we wanted in only 5 days.

Carlos is very knowledgeable of the property market and is friendly and professional to work with. He was able to sell my property after only three weeks which is a testament to his skills in this current property down turn. Carlos was great during the price negotiation and counter offer process and I was happy with the end sale price. During the process Carlos kept the communication going from start to finish. It was also a pleasure dealing with his executive assistant Chloe who was very helpful throughout and assisted during the settlement process to ensure it was all smooth sailing. I would be happy to use Carlos to sell or buy future properties and would recommend to anyone else wanting a smooth sale experience.

Paul and his team were nothing but incredible in the selling of my property. I'm currently living in Canada so with opposite timezones, Paul and the team still managed to keep me abreast of how the open houses were going, involving me in decisions regarding selling price and tactics to get the property out of my hands. I truly feel that Paul went above and beyond to get the best price for me and I couldn't recommend him enough.

Paul honesty and reliability was outstanding from day one. He will tell you as it is compare to many other agents who tell you what you want - to get your business. Paul achieved results we wanted in time-frame we were not expecting … We would recommend Paul anytime.

This is my third property purchase and the most enjoyable / easy experience I've had buying a house. Paul and Brittany are incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought my unit through Paul Owen and was very happy for him to handle the sale. In a very depressed market I think he did a fantastic job getting us a sale. He kept us in the loop through out the process and took into consideration the fact that we live in the South West and couldn’t get to Perth very often. Thankyou also to his support staff who did a fantastic job.
