Fantastic above expectations
When I first looked at selling my house it needed work and was barley going to cover the costs. Shaun went above and beyond to help me. Organising everything from electrical, plumbing, gardening to builders and painters. In the end the house sold for much more than expected and I believe that was fully because of Shaun.

Fantastic Service from Lee
I can't thank Lee enough for the way he handled the sale of my property. Lee was extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble for him. A Great Experience
With my wife and I not living, locally this was always going to be a more complex situation. After considering a few agents we chose Lee. Lee gave us realistic and up to date information on a sale price. The real value for us was the service he and Erin provided. There were some complications with the property and previous management that made the situation difficult. Lee and Erin spent their own time and effort doing the job the property manager should have taken care of before the tenant vacated. It saved me money, time and peace of mind. These two went above and beyond what we would expect of someone selling on our behalf. I could not make higher recommendations for lee as a seller, we appreciate all the effort and making the process so much easier than it could have been.
