Lee did a great job explaining everything to us, the market, the strategy to sell, and the final outcome was way above my expectations At first meeting, Lee was well prepared with all recent and past sales figures for our area, and explained everything in plain English. also, would like to make the point that when I first put out the word to all agents, I was selling Lee was the only one who contacted me, and although it didn't start straight away, he was patient to wait till we were ready , no phone calls hassling us trying to hurry us on, no he was brilliant . the outcome was above asking price, which We are very pleased with . had an offer within 4 weeks, solid well executed.. Lee and the team made selling our investment property easy. We live in VIC and had no issues at all. Lee arranged open houses etc with our property manager and provided weekly reports and provided all correspondence with prospective buyers.
