Open house presentation was a simple process , feed back was quickly delivered after each open . Assessment of potential buyers and their offers was very good , and always prompt.

Brendan, James and Louise could not of been more professional. They advised us of market changes and listened when we wanted things done. In what was a very difficult high end market at the time they got the result we were hoping for. Completely satisfied with the team at Creer Property

James was easy to deal with, and readily available for ongoing discussions. He listened to my requirements & concerns & dealt with each appropriately. He was an excellent & sensible negotiator. I appreciated his honesty & market knowledge. A pleasure to work with in purchasing my home. Thank you

I found Brendan a pleasure to work with. He was informative with regard to the sale of the property, gave us numerous options and discussed these options with us. He gave reports of open houses, when they were happening and how they went, he answered all our questions when we asked and again gave us options on how to deal with them. I would recommend Brendan if anyone was selling a property.

This is the second time my wife and I have used Creer Property Charlestown to present a property for sale, and on both occasions Brendan Walsh has found a buyer at the right price in less than 14 days. Well done, Brendan and all the members of your team at Creer Property Charlestown.
