We had to sell the parents family home, we didn’t have much experience in this matter, I contacted one of the Local Agents, Creer at Charlestown, the service we got from Brendan and his team was excellent, the house was on the market within a week and sold not too long after. Their professionalism and service was truly first class, we were updated and guided each step of the way, we even exceeded their honest original appraisal . We found them very easy to deal with, genuine and their overall knowledge of the market and area was spot on. The overall experience and result was seamless, we are very happy. Thank you Brendan, James and the rest of the team.

We recently bought a house in which Brendan was the vendors agent. From start to finish, you could see Brendan was working for the best interest in both parties, making sure we were informed of other interested parties and offers and where the vendor was at with her decisions. Buying a home is stressful, but Brendan (and his colleague James) made the process much easier with clear communication and prompt replies to our questions. If you're after the services of an honest and professional real estate agent, then Brendans your guy!

Agencies' expectations were a fair bit lower than what I thought was market. Total (venodr's) asking was reached without too much problem, good result in the end, very good service throughout
