I happened to drive past the place I purchased, saw the sale sign and someone was there cleaning. I thought I'd be cheeky and asked if I could have a look through. Jenni, the Crown presentation, was kind enough to show me through the place. She put me in touch with Kirsty. Kirsty was attentive and professional at every step in the process and her dealings with me. She kept me up to date and across developments with vendor negotiations. When organising quotes for work to be done at the property post-settlement she would arrange a convenient time for a Crown representative to meet me and the trades person here.
