The turn around to sell the property from going live to unconditional was within 3 weeks this was because of Jenni's due diligence and extremely hard work. Recently I had to sell my parents home as they were going into age care. It is a big responsibility and because age care is so expensive I wanted to get the best price for them. Mike was professional, thoughtful, kind and did everything he told me he would do. Even though he is the principal at Crowne he did the open houses himself which is not always the case. He responded to all of my calls and questions and delivered and picked up paperwork for me. On top of that the house was sold in a week, in a market that is slowing down. He also achieved a price $35,000 more than I was told from other agents that I would get. Finally every member of his team that I had dealings with were delightful and super helpful. Thank you all. 🙂
