Jenni was great in the initial stages of purchasing out first home. She made herself available for numerous calls and questions relating to the house and the process, and assisted in negotiating issues with the house on the back of the building inspection. Unfortunately the process took a turn when we weren’t able to accommodate a request by the vendor to bring the settlement date forward as our bank wasn’t ready. We were disappointed we couldn’t arrange for the settlement to be brought forward, but what was most upsetting was Jenni berated us over the phone for the situation which was out of our control. Her attitude changed from being helpful during the process to belittling us as though we were an inconvenience to her for delaying settlement and thus her commission payment. What should have been an exciting process for us left a sour taste as a result.
