Diann was very knowledgeable about the sales process and was able to manage expectations for all parties. The sale of my property was handled professionally and she took the time to listen to the needs of potential buyers and take into account their situations when presenting my property for viewings. I had a tenant in the property at the time who might have experienced some stress when hearing that property was being listed for sale. Diann was delicate with the tenant when communicating the news of the sale. Diann was able to work with the needs of the tenant and negotiated viewing times with minimal hassle.
