Mikes presentation to me on our first meeting was very informative explaining market conditions recent sales in the area, all backed up with facts and presented to me in a sales package customized for my property. His strategy used in the lead up to the sale was imperative and correct for the market conditions at the time. The sale was not without some trying hurdles and we systematically worked through them as a team rather than Agent and Seller. Mike has some very strong assets in his personality and one of those is his ability to communicate in an effective and informative manner all the way throughout the process of the sale.
