Kay was at all times a component property sales professional.Her manner,level of communication,ie she always followed up by txt or phone answers to my questions or to questions her sellers had.She was helpfull in finding various professionals needed to complete the property purchase.She was available for communication at all times of the day and weekends.Overall it was a very pleasent experience that made the purchase of this property relatively easy.I would have no hesitation in using Kay again or recommending her to anyone,and i am sure she would have fulfilled the sellers expectations as well.

With a short time period to sell Kirsty and the Crown team got our house sold. Through a long and some what frustrating settlement period, Kirsty did a fantastic job communicating with us ( in Hobart) about what was going on.
