From past experience, I was worried about engaging an agent that would make promises that they couldn't deliver and settle for secondbest just to make a quick sale. As soon as we met Jenni, we knew she was the right agent for our house sale. She is very professional, knowledgeable, has an outstanding "can do" attitude and stays true to her word. Jenni and Ryan went above and beyond for our campaign, with consistent attendances for our weekly open home inspections (with times that suited us) and promptly following up interested buyers. The whole process felt very personal, like it wasn't just about achieving the sale, but more about getting the best result to suit our family's transition to a new lifestyle. It was a rough ride due to unfortunate circumstances (completely out of their hands) but the reassurance and endless support from our realty team gave us the best outcome in the end! We will definitely be getting Jenni to sell our next property. Highly recommended!

We selected Geoff and Ally to market our property due to their local knowledge of the Karalee Area. The team were excellent communicators and were happy to use modern forms of communication in addition to a personal visit to us some 30kms away and the usual phone calls. We had no idea when we entered into buying our property and couldn't believe how down to earth and approachable Mike was. His experience and industry knowedge was evident right from my very first enquiry, yet not once did we ever feel intimidated through out this process. Very approachable, personalised service and when we had to provide documents to the bank, real estate had documents emailed within 5 minutes!!!!
