Our property managers Paula and Tim were highly recommended through our Empower Wealth buyers agent. As first time investors, they guided us with recommendations for additions to add value and those this didn’t need to be upgraded yet. It’s an overwhelming process, but they made it so easy and got us a great tenant. Their knowledge in this area was great. Tim’s communication is outstanding and never once did we feel our questions were unwelcome. We had so many little maintenance items to get fixed before our tenant could move in and he was very organised and happy to assist with various quotes.
