Paula and Jo and the Team at DDRE have managed a few properties of mine over the past few years. They are always up to date with maintenance required on the home, when the properties have been up for lease renewals they have been in tune with the market rent and able to achieve a higher rent for me each time it is re-leased. I always appreciate their assistance in managing my properties and making the process of being a property investor easy without too many issues.

DDRE were easy to deal with throughout our tenancy. Any issues we had with the house we were renting were promptly followed up and emails were always replied to within 1 business day. We appreciated the service they provided and DDRE worked hard to ensure our rental felt like home.

This would have to be the best and most efficient sign up I have ever had. I found ever person that I talk to made my experience wonderful. Not one person gave the impression that I was just a number. I believe the team at David Deane Real Estate Strathpine should have a big GOLD STARS they have excellent customer service. Thank you

Ww have recently rented a home with David Deane Real Estate. The whole experience has been fantastic. From the the friendly young man at the inspection who promptly sent me the link to apply for the home to the office staff especially Josephine that has-been so efficient in keeping us posted, letting us know every step of the way how our application was progressing. Not mention we did not have to step into the office once, everything was organized via email and on line. Just so kind and wonderful to chat to.

Belinda Stewart who manages my property has been fantastic, prompt response to all my questions and always sends acknowledgement of receipt which is comforting to me. Previous person managing wasn’t so reliable but since Belinda it’s been great

My interaction with David Deans Real Estate has been over a few weeks while they sold the unit I was renting. I found them helpful and considerate over a trying time. When it became clear the flat was selling with vacant possession, they were helpful when a unit became vacant, performing the relevant checks quickly and awarding the lease quickly.
