Swiftly got my property leased with little communication from myself. They have been a pleasure to deal with and getting any issues with my property fixed. Would recommend!

David Deane real estate has made managing our investment property a walk in the park. Recommend them if you are looking at someone to look after your property.

We haven't rent for many years but were told that getting in to the rental property was tough out there. What we've loved more about David Deane team was that they have the most positive attitude and kindness starting from the reception staff through to the Property Manager and their team that make things possible in the background. Absolutely great service!

Paula and Belinda coordinated a complete makeover of my rental property on my behalf and had my property leased all within a month. This was during the floods and with three consecutive long weekends in a row. So it was a great help for them to organise the bathroom renovation, painting of the whole house, new flooring and landscaping. Best agency I've used.

We dealt directly with Paula and she was nothing short of amazing. So attentive, and met our needs plus more. Paula is so organised, lovely and hard working. I will be referring all my friends and family to Paula and the team at David Deane.

As this is our first rental together David Deane has made it nice and easy with the transition from collecting keys, to signing all the documents and appreciate being patient with us with all the questions we asked.

I don't have a great deal of experience with Real Estate Agencies but from what I hear from other people, David Deane are in a league of their own. So far everything has been smooth sailing.

My partner and I needed to leave our property also leased from David Deane. Paula and Jo ensured that we could rent another place through them and made the process super easy. Everyone else that we talked to was super lovely and helpful. I will always choose David Deane :)

The property was dirty on arrival with bins full and notices from the council stating they were too heavy for the rubbish truck. I (Nicholas) feel as though the agent did not care for the state of the property for new tenants and just wanted to get someone in regardless. Admittedly we have not been proactive about contacting the agency with regards to things like leaking taps and the basin in the laundry however these are things I personally (Nicholas) feel should be observed and rectified by the agent prior to moving new tenants in.

From my first interaction at the inspection of the rental property and through my application process the communication regarding my application was great. They listened too my situation and I am extremely grateful for the staff and the owners of the property for approving my application. If these early days are anything to go by then I look forward to a great rental experience with them

From the first interaction I had with David Deane Real Estate, they made it an easy process, from applying for a rental all the way through to collecting the keys and moving in. It was a lovely to find a surprise on the kitchen bench when I arrive to my new home. Thank you
