Absolutely the best Real Estate that I have dealt with in a very long time. Thoroughly appreciated and recommended. THANK YOU.

I was not able to view the property myself but my daughter did and the experience with everyone has been very pleasant.

Greatly organised and professional team. Know their stuff and excellent to deal with. Only thing not allowing a 5 star review is that the agency don't give an option to pay rent without incurring a third party additional fee. Other agencies accept direct bank transfer or BPAY without fees. This should be addressed to attract 5 stars and even better tenants!

I recently released my property through David Dean Real Estate. It was a simple process and I was able to secure a great tenant in minimal time. I would recommend any landlord to lease through David Dean Real Estate

The process all being done online is a bit difficult at times but other wise very good and very prompt replies to any maintenance at requests

Very friendly people that are more than happy with helping you find your first home. They even helped set up all the utilities which took a load off my back. Hope them all the best!

We’ve been so pleased with service provided to us by David Deane - Jo Robson in particular. From the moment I first called to enquire about having DD manage our property, to the time they spent with us on site looking at the property and what needed to be done to let it for rent, to organizing the trades to do the work, and then finding the perfect tenant, we’ve been well-informed and extremely impressed; to the point where we’ve discussed moving our other rental property to DD to manage as well.
