We have had trouble with DD right from the get go. They were never on the ball with our property, maybe due to personnel issues behind the scenes?? Every time I rang the property manager for my info on my property, it was someone different and they weren't familiar with what was going on as the notes for any issues weren't written down or conveyed to the next person in line. Failure to follow up on maintenance requests was a big issue. There have been some serious issues put forward by the Tennant that had been brushed off as not very important as this is how it was conveyed to me. Not to say that they are completely useless, but when you are paying for a service you expect that service to be performed.

The team are pretty good. Paula is quick to get back to you and seems on top of most issues and upcoming changes to laws and council. Although the first agent I had was not the most efficient or pro-active, Jo has been great to deal with and she is on the ball with her finger on the pulse and pre-empting any issues that may arise.
