I purchased a property from David Deane in late 2019 and have had it managed by them since then. Overall I believe that the quality of work/management from them has been exceptional and wanted to write a review of why: 1. They communicate at the right times for me to know the important information (e.g. COVID updates, or maintenance requests etc.) 2. Their team seems to have terrific communication between team members, which is very important for me. This is because many times I have been contacted by different team members however they seem to know the up-to-date details of what is happening at my property. 3. When looking for new tenants, David Deane (Paula especially) go through the applications with a very fine tooth comb and only suggest the best tenants at first instance - this saves me a lot of time to sift through all the different applications I highly recommend David Deane and the team to manage the property of other landlords.
