When I had engaged David Deane my property had been untenanted for over a month without having had a single prospective tenant apply for the property which was putting a lot of emotional and financial strain on me - I was very frustrated with the previous manager. Within one week of transferring management to David Dean I had 2 applications due to a smarter more effective marketing campaign and better communication one of which is now tenanting the property. Thoroughly recommend.

Hassle free rental experience

From the first inquiry to moving in the process was easy, staff were helpful and friendly and we were kept informed every step of the way!

Reliable, efficient and responsive!

I’ve had a great experience working with David Deane. Tenant selection has been great with no vacancies over 2 years. Highly recommended

Great customer service and property knowledge

I bought my first investment property and they guided me with all the preparation before settlement to ensure the property was rented as soon as possible and with a quality tenant. They organised the first property inspection on the same day as settlement which resulted in securing a tenant within 3 days. I am very happy with their friendly and proactive approach and specially the tools they use to keep track of the property management. Highly recommended
