I have 2 properties managed by DDRE, they are great, very responsive to emails and get on top of issues very quickly to keep both tenants and landlords happy. Over the last two years I have had repeated issues with communication and correctly actioning requests. I have raised this with them multiple times and each time I am assured the issues have been fixed and for a short while it is. Unfortunately, it inevitably slips back to the same sub standard experience. As I type this, I am yet again waiting for response to issues raised over a month ago despite multiple requests for updates. I recommend just avoiding and finding someone capable of handling simple things like communication and follow through.
