The David Deane team have been really good at doing thorough reviews of each inspections and advising issues to resolve! The photos taken on the inspections are quite comprehensive as well and I am able to see what is going on. A couple of things that may help take this to the next level: Currently the emails addresses aren’t quite personable (eg pm1 or pa1 rather than the name of the person). Also having a direct number to the managing agent or advising when the managing agent is on leave or have changed will really help set the right expectations

When I had engaged David Deane my property had been untenanted for over a month without having had a single prospective tenant apply for the property which was putting a lot of emotional and financial strain on me - I was very frustrated with the previous manager. Within one week of transferring management to David Dean I had 2 applications due to a smarter more effective marketing campaign and better communication one of which is now tenanting the property. Thoroughly recommend.
