Although Mark attempted to do what he could he remained an intimidating and unapproachable figure that I didn't feel comfortable dealing with. Bare minimum effort from this real estate agent, which falls in line with the typical David Dean real estate team.

We weren't sure if we were renting or selling our property, we had privately managed the property & didn't want to continue this way. We spoke to a couple of local agents explaining our situation & immediately they started to push us, we hung up on them.
