Both were very helpful and knowledgeable about the property, and any questions I had that they didn't have answers for immediately, they followed up and provided to me within the day. As a first time home buyer, I was not well versed in the process at all, and Mark and Stephen were both patient, kind and helpful, explaining everything I needed in detail and answering all of my queries promptly. I could tell that they have a passion for the industry and enjoy their work. Even though they worked for the seller and not for me as the buyer, they were still interested in me getting a good deal and being happy with my purchase, rather than being focussed on getting a higher commission.
