Scott Deaves had a big mission to produce a sale on said property. Vendors wanting too big a price of property IE: age, interior décor, sales in immediate area, etc etc. We only viewed property with 2 half hour open reviews, and realised the solid build, interior, etc etc , as per good consultation with Scott was too good to pass up on.
