The price we received for our property exceeded our expectations (and that of other real estate valuations we acquired prior to meeting with Mark) and we cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough. When first sitting down with Mark, he was very professional, straight onto things and went above and beyond to get things organised in the shortest possible timeframe. We sat down and discussed our options and he came up with a very successful plan. Our house was on the market for 24-48hrs before selling with multiple offers in this time. We were amazed that Mark and Naomi were able to show 6+ groups of people through the house within hours of it going on the market (individually not as an open house). Mark and Naomi took the time to do this in such a short space of time. Mark was easily contactable and always met timeframes and commitments. I would highly recommend Scott Deaves to anyone wishing to purchase a home.
