Hi I cannot rate Tom Spiljar high enough. I have bought and sold with Tom and found him to be honest, reliable, respectful of my comments and above all very professional. He knows his job and I relied on him very much to guide me through my purchase and sale. My property went for auction and I found Tom to very respectful of my thoughts when it came to choosing a reserve price before auction night. I found other agents think they know it all and are not even interested in the Vendor's comments. Shaun & Cathy from Harcourts have sold 2 of our houses in the last 18 months and have obtained sales prices well above other equivalent homes in the relevant area. SIMPLY THE BEST at not only selling your your home, but doing what most sales people aren't good at - the detail and follow up. They are extremely hands on & are available day and night to support you. In 40+ years of dealing with sales people across a number of industries, I have never found fantastic salespeople that are fantastic at customer service and support. The video they produced for our recent sale was just PERFECT and we are very fussy and always want to change ads etc. Shaun & Cathy are extremely understanding, decent and ethical sales people. For example they know we were a bit stressed until cooling off period finished, so they rang us few days before and told us the buyer has had his loan approved, they were happy with the pest & building and wanted to know the bank account details to pay the deposit. They rang at 8 pm & left a message on voicemail to call any time that night, so we did at 10 pm when we looked at our voicemail. If you want the best price, the best & efficient customer service, the best marketing & the least amount of stress, then sell your home through Shaun & Cathy.
