When we first met Shaun and Cathy we were struck by their enthusiasm and real love of the real estate business. Myself and my family have always bought and sold properties thru Dougmal Real Estate and always had great results. I was always of the belief that Auctions only worked in the Sydney area and were not well recieved in the Campbelltown region. Wednesday night proved to me that Auctions only work if the Agent (Shaun Moss) and the agency have a great understanding of the process involved to make it a success. Shaun did everything he said he would do. He was there, on time every time, for any appointments we made. I had not sold a house before, he took me through every step, was contactable and willing to answer any questions, even after hours. Shaun called me within half an hour of the Open House with feedback and continued to give regular updates. Shaun negotiated a good price for my home, which sold within ONE WEEK!! Shaun has still been there until settlement was completed, to answer my questions. Shaun has been a "Super Agent", I would recommend him to anyone.
