We approached Doyle Spillane a few weeks ago. They provided a list of prospective tenants and their recommendations. The unit is now rented out and tenants are already occupying it. Team's communications were second to none, very timely and precise. We are most happy to recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again. Tom Klein Manly, NSW

Doyle Spillane has been a delight to work with. We decided to switch over to Doyle Spillane after horrendous experiences with another well-known real estate agent in the Northern Beaches. The team at Doyle Spillane are proactive in managing our property. They are efficient, honest and acted with integrity. They will listen to your concerns, provide guidance and take the time to explain matters of importance in managing our property.

I have been a tenant with Doyle Spillane, in several properties, over a number of years. They are, by far, the best Real Estate Agents that I've dealt with. Joe Iemma and his staff are amazing. I was recently assisted by Georgia Helyar with my new rental and was impressed with her knowledge and willingness to go the "extra mile" with my questions and queries leading up to my move date. Overall I've always had a positive experience with Doyle Spillane. A highly recommended Real Estate Agency!

We found dealing with Doyle Spillane on our rental very refreshing compared to the experience we had with the majority of other rental agents we encountered in our search. They were very knowledgeable about the property and dealt with all our queries and issues very efficiently and professionally, particularly Georgia and Cris. Could not recommend more highly.

I recently secured a rental property which was listed by Doyle Spillane Real Estate, Dee Why, NSW. The entire process from booking an inspection through to the key hand over was so easy and simple. I dealt with Georgia Helyar and she was so helpful and informative during the inspection, quick to respond to any questions and handled my application quickly once submitted. Their online tools are very easy to use and made the whole process straightforward and fast. I can highly recommend Georgia and the Doyle Spillane team to prospective tenants and landlords.

Joe and his team offer exceptional rental agent services and I would highly recommend them. Marketing our property was a completely seamless process, very little disruption to us while living in the property, and we secured a tenant at our desired price at the first open home. Landlord portal makes ongoing management of the property very easy.

Everyone who we spoke to was informative and efficient, we were guided through the process of finding a flat and the steps that follow to secure somewhere. everything went very smoothly and their communication was good. Since moving in, our property manager has also been great and quick to respond to us. Overall would recommend - a great easy experience.
