Our existing tenants had to leave suddenly & move interstate due to a family illness. Our agent acted quickly to minimise the potential time that the property maybe vacant. They secured multiple applications, with a hard choice to accept one. They also suggested to increase the rent & managed to organise a fresh coat of paint on the internal walls, during the three days that the property was vacant. We were advised every step of the way & were thrilled that they could manage tenants moving out on a Sunday & the new ones moving in on Wednesday! They have served this area for more than 40 years to my knowledge and their management skills & advice are second to none. We are more than happy that they manage our investment property with such professionalism.

Doyle Spillane has only just started managing my property and from the get go I have been very impressed. My property was leased the day after settlement and Kristian kept me informed along the way. All the bases have been covered. We recently went through a break lease and lease renewal process. At every point it was handled expertly. Every staff member I had contact with did a great job. On an ongoing basis I have been happy with service and the monthly financial summary which is always delivered on time. If I were the owner of this agency I would be handing out bonuses and refusing to let anyone resign.
