Made it easy securing my rental.

I’d been looking at rentals for a couple of weeks with no luck. When my lease was ending I had a week to find a place. Georgia made it easy for me to apply (I’m old school & not so tech savvy) she was patient with me. I left my old rental and moved the same day without complication. Even better when I saw a welcome pack which was the perfect start to my tenancy I was able to relax with a cup of tea without having to go to shops. There was also soap which came in handy as I didn’t have to unpack!

Knowledgeable and Professional

From the moment I rang Doyle Spillane to come out to look at a unit I wanted to lease out, Joe has been very knowledgeable and professional. The open for inspections performed by Joe and Georgia gave me instant feedback and guided me to make a decision on future tenants. Dealing with Georgia has been delightful. a smooth move

We have had a very positive experience as a new tenant. Doyle and Spillane were very considerate and made the move an easy one. Erica and Morgan have both been particularly helpful and friendly. the repair reporting system is easy to use. All good so far.
