Joe Iemma doesn't just look out for me, but my family and that's very important to me. It's what I love about Doyle Spillane - the care factor. His team are fast, efficient and thorough with what they do so it's great to know as a tenant we're taken care of, but as equally as important, the homeowner knows their property is in good hands. Happy to put on record my appreciation for Joe and his team.

We were inspecting properties on the Wednesday and had another agent cancel an inspection last minute. Checking on domain.com.au, we identified that Doyle Spillane had listed a new apartment that morning and had an open inspection scheduled later that day. We inspected the apartment, performed the seamless application via 2apply using the same details previously used for other applications, and received a call from the team the following day (Thursday) letting us know we had been approved. Thanks to their extensive usage of digital platforms, we were able to pay our deposit and bond and sign the lease on Friday, then pay the second week, pick up the keys, and move in on the Saturday. From the original inspection to finalising the condition report, everything has been a smooth experience and fully digital (outside inspection + picking up physical keys). Future reviews will be required once we have experience with the managing agent and eventually when moving out, however the initial experience with the team at Doyle Spillane has been perfect so far.

Doyle Spillane have been my agency of choice for several years now, in managing my rental properties. They recently re let my unit in dee why after just one open, with amazing results that exceeded my expectations. Being a client of Doyle Spillane means I’m at ease, with complete confidence that the absolute professionals are taking care of me and my properties. Over the years iv had other local agents propose lower fees or gifts for me to take my properties to them, but nothing compares to the confidence and the level of service from DS. I am always provided with industry updates and knowledge of new rental legislation. I’m always heard, and my needs are always met by my property manager Maddison Iemma and the team she works with. Thanks to Doyle Spillane for the amazing work they do and the excellent results they consistently deliver.

We’re very happy with Doyle Spillane. Cris has gone above and beyond for us, especially lately, having organised a kitchen renovation. When the tenants left a little bit early she brought the renovation (and all affiliated work) forward so we could re-tenant as quickly as possible. We’re super happy. Thanks Doyle Spillane
