Stephen was not only a great communicator but was very professional in the sale of my unit in Dee Why. As my investment was only an entry level unit. I thought I would only get about $720k. Stephen suggested a cosmetic renovation to make the place more presentable. This only cost me $5k but in the end he was able to get me a buyer who offered $750k. This buyer was contacted using his local database and the sale happened so quickly, He saved me the cost on marketing, and this made me very happy!
