Stephen is very pleasant young gentleman who went out of his way, outside working hours, to obtain the highest value for the property he was selling in line with guidelines provided by the Vendor. He was very professional in providing prompt responses to our concerns, in order to achieve a fast exchange. Highly commended for his work! Well done Stephen!

Good open communication. Realistic and achieved valuation. Matt and his team are easy to work with and his knowledge of real estate in this area are, I believe, second to non. Would use them again. Thanks Matt

Stephen has been nothing short of amazing with selling our unit in Dee why. Stephen went above and beyond for our little family and to get us the best price possible. He is happy to talk to you 7 days a week at all hours with any questions, thoughts or concerns you may be having and even just a chat to calm your nerves. Stephen is honest upfront and reliable and we look forward to using him for all our realestate needs for many years to come. Thanks again :)

Stephen got the property sold against many unexpected set backs and in a market that was impacted by election blues, bank credit squeeze and economic head winds. We appreciated not only what he acheived buy how it went about it. His communications are second to none, he is always upbeat and optimistic, knows his craft very well and goes that extra mile to acheive the outcome. Thank you Stephen.42

Our family were so grateful that Steve handled the sale of our family home after 58 years of ownership. He was always professional and efficient and above all else supportive of our ideas and empathetic to any of our concerns. He was available 24/7 and no task was ever a problem to him. Thanks Steve, it wasn't easy on a falling market, but we were really happy with the result. Good luck with your career in the future.

Stephen was a breath of fresh air during our long search for our home. He earned our trust early with his honesty and integrity. Even after exchange, he's making extra effort to ensure we get the most out of our first home purchase experience and make the move in as seamless as possible (which is extremely valuable with a toddler in tow!).
