Excellent agency
All the team at Elders Bankstown are very helpful and professional. Our property manager Chloe Gee is an excellent and professional property manager, she is very good at her work and we trust her. Also Dalida the Receptionist has excellent customer service and very helpful. Also David Beaini, Craig Hawkins, Arthur Arfanis, Chantelle Serafino and Maral Atai are very helpful and professional. Elders Bankstown is our property management for over 20 years and we always find them helpful and professional and we trust them.

Our agent Jess Joveska was very thorough, followed up our tenants when they were moving out, kept us informed with the restoration of the property and advertising in finding new tenants. The process was seamless and she made it easy for us.

Efficient and prompt
Elders Bankstown team (lease) were very reliable, prompt and efficient when I advertised my property with them. They updated me regularly on the market feedback which was great! We have also purchased a property advertised with Elders Bankstown and Mr.Tony Khoury was great to work with friendly and professional service.

Excellent agency
I find Elders Bankstown staff are very helpful and professional. The property manager for my unit is Chloe Gee , she is doing an excellent job and very professional. Chloe rang me in her day off to discuss an applicant to rent my unit. I appreciate all her help and hard work. She organised open house when tenant wants to view the unit any other day. Also I thank Paul Wehbe for doing an open house at a very short notice, I find Paul very helpful and professional. Also the receptionist Dalida is very help. All the team at Elders Bankstown are great, I have been with Elders Bankstown for more than 20 years, I trust them.

If you like having your time wasted waiting on basic things to be fixed this is the place to go
Upon moving in I pointed out the fan in the bathroom was not working. I have now reached my 4th week of waiting for this office and or landlord to do something. Something so simple and easy to fix but I guess this shows where this real estate's interest are held.

No doubt, the best agency we've dealt with
Elders Bankstown have made finding a home for our family extremely easy. Elders are the best agency we have dealt with. David was really helpful and dedicated. Dalida, the lovely reciptionist has beautiful personality and ensures everyone is welcomed. I wish all receptionists were like her. Chantelle responds promptly and gets the job done.
