Unit wasn’t throughly cleaned (broken glass under sink, bathroom not to standard, kids drawings left behind and a lot of rubbish left in and around the garage). The bathroom had leaks (shower and toilet). Grass was waist high. And yard unkept. Half the keys at first didn’t work and none of the agent keys worked. Previous tenant took the NBN white box with them. Never have self with ten agent face to face. And is near impossible to get hold of on the phone to talk with.
